    As if digital photography isn’t sufficient, videos are now all the rage. This powerful imaging tool provides a virtual reality tour of your home’s interior and exterior. Video tours can really help create an emotional connection with the buyer before they have ever stepped foot inside the home. The Moore Team recently started to use Matterport Tours.

    A camera made by a company named Matterport scans each room and takes photos with nine lenses pointing in all directions. The Matterport software uses those images to create a virtual house tour. Users navigate as though they are walking through the home on Google Street View or a first-person video game. It also creates a dollhouse view and floor plan to see the layout of the house from a wider point of view. Ask your realtor to result to a professional for videos to guarantee proper lighting, frame transitions and good angles and footage.

Using real estate apps is a great way to market to the younger generations that are constantly connected to their technology. When designing your website, blog, or social media pages it is important to ensure all sites are mobile-friendly.

It is easy for a customer to miss a signature or initial considering purchase agreements and closings are getting more complicated every year. No one wants to have a good deal delayed because of a paperwork blunder. Some companies allow nearly all documents to be viewed and signed online or in a phone app. Electronic signatures and other tools make the home buying process more efficient. While most closings are still done in a sit-and-sign style, online closings seem to be a trend that is sure to take off.
